Swinbrook Cottage

We are currently carrying out extensive alterations and refurbishment to this 18th century cottage located in the picturesque village of Swinbrook. With its Cotswold stone walls and roof, this cottage typifies the kind of property we specialise in. The project involves work to all rooms and includes remodeling the entrance hall, repointing the stonework and constructing an oak staircase with the goal of rendering the cottage suitable for rural family living.

This project is being chronicled as part of Channel 5′s “Build a New Life” programme and camera crews are on site regularly filming as the work progresses.
